National Child Development Council (NCDC) Kerala Region and Punalur Balan Memorial Municipal Library jointly organized a free spoken English class. The class was organized at Punalur Balan Memorial Municipal Library on Saturday 25 November 2023 from 10 am to 3 pm.
Vimala Gurudas (former municipal chairperson) inaugurated the class. Municipal Library In charge, Pushkala Madhusudan presided over the function.
Vinayaka Murali, Secretary of the Reading Committee welcomed the guests. Jayashree S (NCDC P.R.O) and Mumtaz (NCDC, Volunteer Convener) spoke on the occasion. Speech of thanks was given by library member Shanita B. .
